1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of SC Credit Group (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

SC Credit Group provides:

• Credit report reviews and audits 
• Assistance with disputing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items 
• Credit education and guidance 

We are not:

• A credit bureau 
• A lender 
• A debt collection agency 

3. Legal Compliance

SC Credit Group operates in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act and all applicable federal and Arizona laws.

• No fees are charged before services are performed 
• You may cancel within 3 business days without penalty 
• You may perform credit disputes yourself at no cost 

4. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

• Credit score increases 
• Deletion of accurate items 
• Approval for credit 

Results vary based on individual credit profiles.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information 
• Not submit fraudulent or misleading disputes 
• Cooperate with reasonable requests 

Failure to comply may result in termination of services.

6. Payments

• Fees are charged only after services are performed 
• Pricing is disclosed prior to enrollment 
• Non-payment may result in suspension of services 

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel at any time by emailing: support@sccreditgroup.com 
• You are entitled to a full refund within 3 business days of enrollment 
• No refunds for services already performed 

8. Limitation of Liability

SC Credit Group is not responsible for:

• Decisions made by lenders or creditors 
• Changes in credit scoring models 
• Indirect or consequential damages 

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation 
• Binding arbitration in the State of Arizona 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
